Interpretation and Definitions

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

• Application means the software program provided by the Company, named ZEN TECH APPS.
• Application Store means the Apple App Store or Google Play Store from which the Application was downloaded.
• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
• Country refers to Pakistan.
• Company ("the Company", "We", "Us", "Our") refers to ZEN TECH APPS.
• Device means any device that can access the Service.
• Service refers to the Application.
• You means the individual (or entity) accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service. You represent that you are over the age of 18 — the Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. Your use is also conditioned on acceptance of the Company's Privacy Policy.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company assumes no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites. We advise you to review their terms and privacy policies.

Termination

Limitation of Liability

The entire liability of the Company under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid through the Service, or $100 USD if you haven't purchased anything. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, excluding its conflict of law rules.

Disputes Resolution

You agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the Company.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
